Ashley Peterson

I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years. I started Crossfit to work on physical health but found that Crossfit is so much more than a workout. It is being part of community, it teaches you character, it teaches you how to meet your goals and it gives you the strength and stamina to live your life.

As a coach I hope to not only help athletes becomes stronger but also hope to improve their character. Outside of CrossFit I am a Mental Health therapist. I see the strong connection between physical and mental health.

In my free time I like to spend time with family, my puppy, watch baseball and do Hero Workouts with my husband.
