We teach you how to move properly while building your fitness and improving your overall health and nutrition. We have something here for everyone no matter what fitness level they are currently at. We adjust every workout to meet the needs of the individual while maintaining the group setting!

CrossFit

Our flagship program is based on the CrossFit methodology’s prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity.” Our CrossFit workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Our CrossFit classes build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.

CrossFit Kids

We are a certified CrossFit Kids facility and take pride in bringing fitness to the whole family. The goal of our program is to develop and improve general physical fitness to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life. We focus on fun and engaging fitness where kids can build a foundation that prepares them for a healthy lifestyle.

Nutrition

This program pairs you with a nutrition coach from Be Relentless Nutrtion who has been screened, trained and certified to teach you the ins and outs of meal prepping, weighing, tracking and more. Your coach understands that every physical body is different. They listen, adjust and help you learn how to make sense of your own anatomy and relationship with food. Because no two bodies are the same.

Personal Training

Want to feel more prepared before starting group classes? Sign up for 6 one on one sessions with one of our instructors. We’ll teach you the foundational movements and you’ll feel more confident going into regular class. Your instructor will help assess where you currently are and give you the right progression for each skill that you will practice when attending regular classes. Looking to further develop or learn new skills? Hire a trainer to work with you individually to improve your gymnastics, (pull ups, toes to bar, muscle ups, handstands, handstand walks, handstand push ups), strength lifts (squats, deads, presses), weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk), CRE (rowing, dubs, running, bike).
